Lafayette Central Catholic High School Renovation
Client: Lafayette Central Catholic
Project: LCC High School Renovation
The Lafayette Central Catholic High School was constructed in 1955. Over time, the building had been added to and changed.
This project involved a feasibility study and master plan process to access the needs and likely construction costs. This process involved school input workshops to set priorities.
As the result of the feasibility study and master plan, LCC was able to select the options that were of most value to them based within their budget. Among the items implemented were:
A new entry and image
Air conditioning throughout the building
Renovation of science labs
Administration relocation to entry area
Roofing
A new chapel
New smoke detection
Electrical service
New windows
