Reardon Auditorium

The size, location, and purpose of this facility were originally outlined in a Campus Master Plan completed by krM.  The acoustics and physical attributes of this facility allow it to accommodate a variety of performances including theatrical plays, orchestra performances, operettas, speakers, and school convocations. The building contains a main floor with a seating capacity of 1,700, a balcony of 550, an orchestra pit, a full working stage, dressing areas, storage, and a large public lobby.  The chandelier in the lobby is a sculptural focal point designed to illuminate the area and creates an open, expansive feeling. The acoustical characteristics of the space were carefully considered in all parts of the design.
