Client:    Anderson University
Project:  Flagship Enterprise Center

Anderson University’s proposed Flagship Center was a revolutionary idea. The goal was to create a physical crossroads between the business and academic worlds. To be successful, it would have to meld student housing, corporate laboratories, and classroom space in a way that benefited all its constituents.

The potential for groundbreaking success was huge. So was the possibility of chaos. We were transfixed by the ways the structure could be used to serve students, the business community, and the general public. We also proactively worked to uncover any element that could undermine the center’s success.

Every facet of the space’s configuration, traffic flow, and user needs were evaluated at length. Today, thanks to driven project management, attention to detail, and a willingness to rethink the paradigms of academic architecture, the Anderson University Flagship Center is a success. Just ask the students who live there, the professionals who work there, and the instructors who teach there.
