In our minds, construction precedes design. We consider every interaction of color, texture, shape, and composition before they are made real. We consider its consumption of natural resources and look for ways to maximize their use. We do this because it is what the occupants of every building deserve: a structure that facilitates the very activity it houses. In our eyes, structures are precision instruments. They are tools crafted to help achieve certain goals. They are capable, at their best, of more than sheltering their inhabitants – they have the power to inspire them. This is why we listen.
