Steve Fridley
When it comes to constructing a building’s design, it’s all in the details. If you’ve met Steve, you know as a Construction Administrator this is where he lives, in the details. His sole focus is to quickly clarify and resolve issues on site, monitor and advise status of the designated schedule, review quality control of work on site, and work with both the client and contractor to meet the set budget.
Since Steve also has a background in design, he’s positioned well to communicate effectively between the client, the designers, and the contractors. Since 1998, Steve has provided excellent service to our clients during one of the most difficult phases of the schedule. He’s a firm associate and has been a valuable member of the krM team.
